Is there another mount I could use. RSX-Type S

I need the passenger side top mount for an RSX Type S. Having problems sourcing one. Can I use the Accord mount or another?

ummmm I dont think you can cause the accord uses a k24 and if i remember correctly in order to do a k24 swap in a Rsx you replace the passenger side mount with a crv mount

do you ONLY need the top piece that bolts across from the rubber mount to the bracket on the engine ? or do you need that AND the rubber mount that bolts to the chassis of the car ?
