Started P90x approximately 3 months ago. I weighed 227.6 lbs 27.7% body fat and 38.9% muscle. Day 90 results 207.8 lbs 19.4% body fat and 40.3% muscle.

Reflection: I feel GREAT!!! I dont think my pictures look the way I feel. I have definately experienced a boost in stamina and energy. I can perform athletically better than before. I went from a size 40 pants to a comfortable fitting 36. I think my results are good for me, but they could have been better. The last two months of the program I was in and out of the diet due to weddings, graduation and what not. Overall, the product is LEGIT I am definately in for round two! I'll let you be the judge of the pictures!

Try to keep the uber negative comments out, lets help people.

To anyone on the edge of doing this... go on Craiglist, lots of people are selling it on there for cheap. I've been doing it for a few weeks, and I've lost a few pounds and went from 20% body fat to 15% body fat and I've really noticed the muscle starting to add on. It's always taken me forever to add muscle and this has helped a lot.

I've been doing what I call the "slacker version", I don't do some of the videos (yoga, kempo, plyo) I don't follow the diet (I don't eat all the poorly to begin with though... no fast food). I was never able to do a pull up before, now I can bust out 5... I know some of you buff guys are laughing but it was a big deal to me lol.

Redek has some good results, keep it up man!

The lean routine is a lot milder than the classis, its a lot more cardio adn a good intro. Thats how I started. i dont know if I would have been able to stay the course if I had not started on the lean routine. Alos, you can be doing the cariod dvds (kenpo, core, cardio, plyos is realy tough) but all those at least 3 times a week to get you ready for when you want to start.
