First off, this was way harder than I had imagined. Fun as hell though. First time ever shooting a stunt bike in action so go easy on me. Only basic editing on these, I may be photoshopping some tomorrow though so stay tuned.

Enjoy!

Expose for the sky, and dial the flash up to light your subject. That'll keep your skys blue.

Other than the lack of detrails in the shadows, I'd say you did alright.

Pretty good for the first time shooting a certain situation.

thanks

unfortunately I can't use my flash with my wide angle lens. it throws a really weird triangular shadow into the bottomo center of the image when i do.

The shots I did take with the flash, I was using just my 18-70mm and by then, it was too dark for the sky to expose. I do however need to work on exposing the sky and the subject with my W/A. I might have to start HDR'ing it all together.

Thanks for the suggestions though, it's appreciated.

Yeah, on-camera flash does that.

I have wireless triggers for my flashes, which is bitchin. The downside is that I have to shoot with one wide on the camera, one on the flash. I could buy a bracket that mounts to my hot shoes and moves the flash, but being unemployed, I don't wanna do that.

Hopefully the employment situation changes after I go to K-Sport in a few hours (:

Those are good pics man!
It would look more badass if he had a full exhuast instead just the slip on, none the less still tight
