Ok i used to wreslte ack in middle school and all thru out high school and since i graduated i stoped and been trying to get back into it......does any body know were i can go wrestle and practice.....the only other place i can think of is maryvale high school during march thru may during freestlye and i don't want to go there sicne there are mainly little kids that go there if any one knows were i can go train practice wrestling lmk thanks

start doing Brazilian jui jitsui. it is wrestling but u work for submissions not pins. it is way more fun dude.
i got to undisputed, but there are plenty of other fight gyms. and u will learn a lot too.

copper canyon and peoria do summer open wrestling rooms. but thats over now. ummm copercanyon might have something after practise monday thru thursday but im not sure. i wrestled there 2004-2008

i wrestled all through grade school... folk style for school (was a little big for my age so i was wrestling on the junior varsity team for 6th and 7th grade....then moved to az where things are a lil different), then freestyle and greco during the summers on my own time. my step dad was the coach. he was a two time national collegiate champ, and was at one point ranked in the top 5 in the world in freestyle/greco roman heavyweights.

I wrestled back in high school for Cesar Chavez HS from 00-04. i still volunteer coach at La Joya in avondale. once i get my schedule settle with work and school, I'll be training for the up coming freestyle season starting in Febuary. I go to either La Joya, Maryvale, Copper Canyon, or back at CCHS (they got a new coach that I don't know yet). I need to kick my own ass into shape though and will be starting the P90x program within the next month. I used to wrestle 152 after cutting and now I weight in at 225ish so i need something to bust my ass.

Maryvale has been having a pretty good team they been taking city duals, I wrestled 04-08 152 and 145. but now weight 180 so I need something to bust my balls like wrestling did.
