Good diet + running = Fat loss

Diet needs to be the main focus.

I ride the stationary bike for a mile, then hit the weights for a half an hour. I try to do this at least three times a week 1. Chest and Tri ceps 2. Back and Biceps 3. legs and ab's . Do This for a couple of weeks and icncrease the time or weight of your work out. Pick three exerises for each muscle and do 3 sets of 10 reps each. It's been my experince that you have to find what works for you., start small and build from their. Everyone has to start from some where(Like my EF that I want so badly). Also, I think it's important to get the heart pumping before you hit the weights. That's why I ride the bike.

Oh yeah... And a protein shake right after the work out helps with sore muscles. at least for me anyway.

I wouldn't stress about a small layer of fat and would focus more on building muscle. As you build muscle, the more fat your body will naturally burn itself. You'll also gain a bit of fat once you start putting muscle on, it's almost inevitable unless you're a freak

lots of water through out the day cardio, push up, and pull ups are a good start if you have not been active for a prolong period of time.

stop thinking easy, do hard work outs and you will get better results faster. if its easy than it isnt working i think. not being dum just stating my opinion, i work at a gym so ive learned alot of things and thats one of them

lose weight= lots of running, smaller more frequent healthier meals.

try to eat immediately after a workout so you burn more calories and try to run every other day
