vtec distibutor?

i have a 94 civic ex with a mini me swap(b7 bottom and z6 head) how do i tell if i have a vtec distributor? where are the numbers?

its shows TD42U on it....its a 92-95 civic/del sol z6 dizzy

the only numbers on it are where it goes into the head it says d02691 and the coil has a number tc-08a under the cap. those are the only numbers.

if it fits the head with the oil drain pointing down and all the feet line up it's the right distributor, the nonvtec dizzy doesn't line up with the z6 head.
