Went to the track last night, and ran the car on the 100 shot. I was in the left lane on both passes. :)

It'll go faster. 126 mph is good for 10.40's on a perfect pass. (I'll never hit that though) The launches sucked. I need to set the nitrous to kick on at 3500 rpm, instead of 4200 rpm. That way it stays on the juice out of the hole. I think it'll go 10.80's if I make that change. Should 60' in the 1.5's too. :clap:

again great job man, very nice trap speed too. Definetly good for 10's. We should meet at speedworld sometime in October when i head back out to the strip with the bullet proof trans with longer gears and my intake manifold and 550whp. Im hoping for 140+ trap speeds on some 24.5X9X13 slicks this time out. Brand new ones not 7 year old down to the thread crappy slicks.

Hit me up man. Definetly want to do a run against you for the fun of it.

well im saying all out race but looking at your reaction time i think ill get you pretty bad by the 1/4 hahaha, just work on those reaction times but it doesnt really matter unless your really trying to beat someone next to you. lol.

I wasn't trying for reaction times. lol. I normally cut .080 to .010 lights. I was just trying to concentrate on getting the launch down with the nitrous, which I failed at.. Next time out, I'll have the juice set to kick on at 3500, instead of 4200. Should make it much easier to launch on the spray. :)

Thanks!! It's a fucking blast to drive everywhere! I'm going to run it this Friday. I set the rpm switch to turn the nitrous on at 3400 now, instead of 4200 that is was set at last time out. I'm sure hoping for a 10.9999999 or faster. :)

Reaction time DOES NOT EFFECT your ET... ALL the reaction time does it tell you how long it took you to react to the lights. The timer Doesn't start counting until you move. I could have a 36 second reaction time, and still run an 11.05. What I need to get down is my 60 foot time. Then it will go 10's.

yeah x 2 i dont understand why so many people dont understand that, reaction only matters in heads up races or actual events where your trying to win. In TEST and TUNE u are doing just that.

it mostly matters in bracket races.

BTW nice run, tuning the nitrous to hit at 3400 will make you break the 10's 4 sure GL man keep us posted

Ahh. It was a Test N Tune. I wasn't trying to cut good lights. I was just trying to make sure I got the launch down. I still didn't get it quite where I wanted it though. My 11.05 run I cut a 1.61 60 foot. I want to get it into the mid 1.5's this Friday. If I can cut a 1.5x 60 foot, it should easily go into the high 10's.

When I actually feel like cutting good lights, I usually cut .080 - .010. I've gotten it down pretty well now. I suppose I should by now, since I've made 90 passes on the stroker motor, and about 45 passes when the car was still a stock motor with bolt-ons. :)
