i know you can convert an auto to manual, but how much would it cost and is it even worth it?

To do it the right and correct way then yes it costs a bit not sure how much but you might as well trade for a 5speed it would save time and money

it is costly to convert just go find a manual tranny and find some manual peddals

Its costly, time consuming and if not done correctly you'll run into major problems. If your gonna do it, do it right and take it to someone thats done it before, perferably a shop, im sure locash or Import Power house have done them before, or check with Built By Notorious. Remember you get what you pay for, if some guy says he'll do it for under 500 then your car will probably not run right and you'll run into problems. But i say be prepared to pay at least 1300 for parts and labor if not more.

listen too this guy he knows what he is talking about

just a little break down for u on parts
tranny ls 300, gsr 500-600, b16 500-600, itr lsd tranny 1000-1200
shift linkage 50-100
pedal assembly 100
clutch mater cylinder and lines 100-200
cluth and flywheel 300-800 depending on brand
correct tranny mount 150

and u still have to pay labor
