Clock/Radio woes

I jus got a oem clock an hooked it up but the numbers keep scrolling like im holding the H button down. What could that be, a bad clock?. Also my radio resets, i checked the 7.5 under the hood, its ok

Did u check ur other radion fuse under the kick panal

Well....the clock just started working outta nowhere....cool lol. But my radio just went black one day so i had to ghetto fabsomething up. Its hard to explain so im just gonna go to a audio shop
