need oil line advice

i cant any info on how to make a return line for my turbo kit so any help would be great. and also underneath the dizzy on the head there is a lil hex screw can i get oil pressure from there?, is there somewhere else i can get my oil instead of the back where the oil pressure sensor goes.

you can get one of these:

if you know they work efficiently time and time again, why do anything else?
