you will have to replace your valve cover gasket and go to honda and buy the real shit.

you shouldnt have to take it off multiple times. but i say yes. i used to get mine at bap and my friend recommended honda only because vc gaskets stretch out and honda oem parts are best opposed to aftermarket. but seriously its up to you.

I have taken mine off several times already. No you dont. Just make sure you tighten them with equal torque or torque them to spec. The thing that would worry me is if the person before overtightened them and really compress the gasket.

Dang looks clean.

About the gasket, its recommended to replace it. But if it looks good and still is able to compress then just reuse it. I have several times already. Any plans on painting it? Or you like the Aluminum look? Looks clean either way.

X2 don't paint it, just throw a layer of clear coat on it and call it good , i used to do that to BMX frames and the clear would hold up real nice, plus it's a real original look.

be sure to put gasket sealer on the flat spots of the gasket or it will leak!!
