Hmmm most people that own a civic arnt gonna pay a shop that kinda money to have a core support replaced. You may aswell buy another civic that isnt crashed, or replace it yourself.

Drill, spot weld bits, hammer, and a welder....and about 8 solid hrs to replace it...gl
