Anyone change seats for comfort, rather than looks or racing? I'm interested in some comfortable seats and want to know what folks have tried. My car is a DD that I might want to take on long road trips. I don't think I'd be happy with the stock EG seats after a couple of hours (and they're sort of uncomfortable even driving around town).

grab some Integra (DC) seats! best of both worlds, looks and comfort... plus they bolt right up perfectly in EGs

or maybe some Del Sol seats, they dont bolt up exactly but they're very comfy




one of the first things i did to my EG when i first got it was trash those crappy stock seats

do what tweeder said. DC n del sol are so comfy! but i prefer del sol seat since they sit pretty low in the car =)

I like my prelude seats in my ek there low and they snug like crazy only ptoblem is you need to make 2 new holes and thread them its simple i used a drill for both seats it took like maybe 40 min for both???

Ive got a full leather gsr interior swap in my car, and I like em, but that depends if you're a leather guy..

and as everyone else has said, the del sol seats are mightyy comfy..

The One Eg here in Tucson has some in his... just slap Eg rails on the seats and call it a day.

S2k seats are nice and not too expensive.

I got mine cheap, but not everyone will.Mint black S2k's can run anywhere between $400 and $600.... I've seen some higher than that, but those look like they were never sat in. lol

400 is expensive? LOL, brides, recaro and sparco's mostly all go for 600 per seat or more.

You obviously must not have understood what was meant.... For OEM seats they are pretty pricey.... any of those other brands you listed are obviously gonna cost $6--+ per seat. They were purposely designed to be a specialty seat, for racing and what not.

I will probably try to pick up some del sol seats sometime after the holidays. I just shelled out for a new timing belt and water pump, so the car fund coffers need some replenishing before I can buy some seats.

I picked up some del sol seats on craigslist. They're not pristine but the price was right.

I figured they s2ks did. But didn't see where anyone confirmed it. Also I was wondering about integras. or if anyone knows if/how to moddify the brackets on my OE seats to sit lower? If there is room to cut them down?

I've had a del sol. The seats are ok. A little short on my back so I was just seein if anyone know of any other good options. Be it integra or aftermarket

Would DA seats bolt into the EG? I saw DC seats mentioned but not DA.

If you have had del sol seats the only real OEM seat upgrades would be DC2/EK9/DC5 recaros or S2K seats. At least, in my opinion. And there is always aftermarket haha
