I would put it at TDC and loosen the belt take off the cam gear and install new one and go in reverse order. It's not difficult at all...

ok take the cam shaft.
line the gear's half of the vagina up with the cam's half.
stick the tiny penis inside. take your bolt and washer and screw it in the hole.

done.
