why are my sparkplugs wet with oil?

did i blow a ring?

well we replaced the valve cover gasket becuz it was leaking. and then just did an oil change

change the tube seals, that's where the oil is leaking. or, pop them off and wipe off all of the oil, clean off the metal surface and put down a thin layer of hondabond/rtv

how much oil is on the plugs?
if it is a large amount of oil then do a compression test to see if your rings are still good.

None of the above!

Is it a single cam? If yes then it is the cam carrier orings there are 4 of them,1 for each cylinder.

Remove valve cover and cam carrier,replace o-rings and retorque harware.
