funny idle after hard accel wtf

i have a 94 civic ex 1.6vtec stg1 cam headers intake all that after i punch it and drive it hard the car idles funny like its loabing really bad i thought it was an injector but i can hear it working and its getting spark wtf it idles super shitty and it make a weird knok at full throttle around 3k rpms any ideas ?

i replaced the injector and cleaned all of them good

i have a new fuel filter and brand new plugs that are gapped perfect
new wires
new cap and rotor synthetic oil
