Q about fog lights

Ok i've been thinkin bout getting some depo fogs for a while now but all the reviews say there crap compared to oem. Im not about to spend $150+ on some fogs so is there any way to make them brighter?

if you want them brighter get a HID kit for them. i just installed after market ones 99-00 (fogs not a HID kit for fogs). they seem just fine. spend the money were it counts, in the engine and suspension. its not like we are building show cars. at least im not

^^^ That's super dangerous.... I've seen some cars with small fog light housings actually melted/started a small fire because of the heat generated.... JMO.

The max wattage on depo fogs are 55 watts and if you wanna go brighter you can put hids in the fogs but up the ampage on the fuse.

This is the "eg" section, im not gonna be askin about 96-98 fogs. But i ordered them this morning so they should be here thursday. I asked because i saw some TC fogs an they were hella bright.

I've heard of people retrofitting is300 fogs and they work perfect but idk if i wanna spend $200+ on lights just to take em apart. What bulb would u suggest using? Brand and wattage?
