Hatch seat problems

Ok I personally have not messed with rear hatch seat ever and pretty sure my current seats I have right now are out of an ls. Any how the problem I have is the top seat slip out of the middle bracket when moved or sat on. Am I missing a piece

there is a plastic clip that clips onto the outside pins to hold the seat pin in the bracket on the center.
