No it's not. The WR strut bar is just a trunk bar similar to the PWJDM ones
This one doesn't connect to the seatbelt's its stays in the trunk.
The Next bar connects to the seatbelts.

I wonder what this would look like with an X bar.. could only run one of the strut bars and not sure how you would connect them.
