running bear foot is better on your joints because you land on the front of your foot and not the back, like with shoes. I guess it would be the same as running bear foot just with alittle padding. they do look a little funny but welcome to the future.

Most parkour heads actually recommend training in these so your joints/knees/heels can actually feel the ground after high jumps, precision jumps etc because shoe soles tend to hide and absorb the REAL landing of a 15ft jump.
