I recently went to a dyno event at a local speed shop and had my si dyno'd
i did 3 polls
the first poll was with the A/C to see if there would be a negligible difference
numbers were
196hp 150tq
second poll
196hp 141tq
third poll
194hp 140tq
the numbers seem pretty high to me for a stock car i always thought that it felt pretty strong compared to other SI's ive driven or been in.
Other cars that have used this dyno put down numbers that make sense for there setup so its hard to tell how legit mine are i guess ultimately i will need to run on another dyno 1 day to see.
thoughts....

Now when you say chassis dyno, you mean one of these, right?

So you made 197 WHP with what bolt ons? Or none at all? (i'm only asking because some people's definition of "stock" is different) either way, that's freaking good man. Lucky duck

no bolts on's engine is stock with the exception of a K&N air filter

It could be the setting in the dyno? we dyno'd a 2002 stock rsx type s and it was making 230whp on a mustang dyno?!?!? we couldnt figure out why it was shooting so high.. cause we knew it was making 230

I have never seen a stock FG2/FA5 tap anywhere near that for stock. On 8thcivic.com people dyno their stock ones all the time, all around the nation, so you get to see various sea level ratings. But god...for here, that high? Your K is a K20A! Run the VIN! Haha, please let us know what it runs on another Dyno :D
