Siberian Tiger versus Kodiak Bear: Would would win in a fight? Poll

In a theoretical fight between a Kodiak Bear and a Siberian Tiger would do you think would win and why? Little discussion we have going on at work. Here are the stats of each pulled from wikipedia to stay fair.

Kodiak Bear:
Weight - 800-1500 pounds
Size - 3.5-4.5ft on all four feet, up to 10 ft tall standing
Skull length - 25 inches

I vote bear, cant make up that size advantage. They both hard sharp teeth and claws, only thing the Tiger has over the bear is agility imo

A Grizzly (smaller Grizzly is smaller than the average Polar/Kodiak bear) killed in the Wyoming Territory in 1900 was found to have over a hundred rifle slugs in its body that had healed (over a 20 year reign of terror) and five more centerfire handgun rounds lodged in the brain. The sixth shot to the brain years later killed it. That last bullet was from a .30-40 Krag rifle. The .30-40 is huge compared to the .22 Long Rifle round."
