So i got pulled over today and i get a speeding ticket goin 57 in a 40 i wasnt paying attention to how fast i was going cause guess what?? i was on the phone with glendale courts trying to pay off a speeding ticket how ironic!!. Oh and luckily it was a bike cop cause my license is suspended and he didnt run my license. So i pull over into a qt and the fuck face writes me a fuckin ticket. So what i want to know is someone told me that their not able to write me a ticket on private property that it wouldnt be valid even though it happened someone where else. i know thats true if it happens there but what about that??

Either you or your friend misunderstood. They can write you a ticket for violating traffic laws on public property. It doesn't really matter where they write it and hand it to you.
I'm pretty sure they can't write you a ticket for violating traffic laws on private property, though.

On private property: No ticket is considered valid in a court of law unless the officer completely filled out the citation in red ink!! JK man.. Sorry, but someone is pulling your leg..

So he is the fuck face for writing you a ticket for going 17 over? No sir, you are the fuck face and sounds like an all around jackass for driving on a suspended license. That is all.

from what i know is that if you were already on private property you cant get cited but if you get pulled over and you drive into a private property you can get cited
