the inmates will mess this guy up...the only problem with that is, they now seperate all the sexual predators from the inmates...along with the gay guys too...my father is serving time right now and he has told me some crazy stories about the sexual predators in there...the guards will pretty much announce who is one so they guys know...then when the inmates get ahold of them they are pretty much fucked...lol

^^^ There is most likely a lot more to the story then what is being told here.. Its possible that the victim is going through some none related counciling where this problem may have come up. There for the psychologist assigned to the victim has to take the vitctims credibility into consideration and use their own judgement to make a report. Its still a possibility that this guy may be innocent.. Happens all the time. Any new developements on this story?
