Im sure this question has already been answered before but im gonna ask it again anyways what are the smog laws in the state of Arizona?

As of now my car does NOT pass smog in the state of california and this state requires me to smog my Integra once a year.

Thank You in advance

pre-1996 cars (aka pre-OBD2) are subject to emissions testing and a few equipment inspections.

For the equipment, the fuel cap will be pressure tested, there will be a visual inspection for a catalytic converter, and the air system will be visually inspected (check for an air filter, apparently ITB's without filters are not legal)

Emissions limits (in Tucson, anyways) are the following

Hydrocarbons (HC) in PPM: Loaded, 220. Idle, 220.
Carbon Monoxide (CO) in %: Loaded, 1.20. Idle, 1.20.
