i think im gonna do this. i think it looks clean. all a lip is a piece of plastic that only serves for appearance purposes. the garden liner is a piece of plastic that happens to look fuckin clean for a lip lol. like george lopez said "ITS THE SAAAMMMEE SHIIITT!! fuck the haters.

is it pretty durable? if ur car is hella low, would it break or would it take a beating and still look good?

i put it on my my car til i get the new bumper, type r lip, and new hood. its a sturdy lip. i just cut the flanges that is on the liner and used self tapping screws. i had to get the cat towed and i thought for sure it would fall off. it stayed on and didnt crumple up. if there was a better way to secure it on the car, id probably rock this all the time. but i wont cus its still a cheap lip.

for honda purposes you are probly 90% correct
however the true purpose is to direct air around the car instead of under it, reducing lip and increasing the efficiency of heat exhangers that require air from the front of the car.

this is by far the most durable lip ive had. i had my car towed and when the guy pulled the car up i thought for sure it would fall off. it survived. i went to las vegas and back, didnt come off. as long as you space the screws or rivets apart enuff, it will hold. ive dragged this lip a few times and it didnt fall off. i just used self taping screws and thats it.

if the screws come out use rivets. they are better. screws should be alright though.

yeah I was for a bit...they are KC Day Runner Lights....after the accident they were my only lights....

Since I only had 1 head light and the other was a scooop, plus I was racing at night that year...I added them a while ago.....

They are now off the car and stored for now......

I measured mine and used rivets with washers on the backside, so they dont pull out. then hit them with some gloss black and shined up the lip. I just cut it too short. oop's. A heat gun works great if they wrinkle.

Should do it! your hatch just wouldn't be right without it. Looked good on the teal hatch.

I know how you feel about the eg never being done. I've been working on my Supra for almost a year now! lol Everything is new now tho. lol

He basicly borrowed my other friends cargo cover and traced it on wood .. and we cut it out and now he's going to put carboard (maybe) then wrapp it with the rug (rug use for cargoo coover)
