I'll be going up for the weekend event...


Here is your chance to drive Inde if you haven't already....

We are gearing for another fun weekend - Labor Day at Inde Motorsports Ranch

Time to get back out on the track! Last event was a blast- and this one should be even better. September 3rd – 5th. We will have practice and street groups from 12pm-5pm on Friday (available for $80), and a normal full schedule Saturday and Sunday.

Pre-registration will close August 27th. You can register online, get a form on www.proautosports.comand email: proautosports@aol.com, or fax: 480-664-3873 or call: 480-664-3872. If you register at the track there will be an additional $25 added to the entry fee.

Tires: Carroll Shelby Goodyear will be there and can bring the tires, but you will need to pre order them: Phone: 602-437-4977 cseaz@qwestoffice.net

Fuel: Details to follow

Safety Equipment: Vicki Pond can also provide any Simpson or other safety equipment etc. you need, please call her and she can have it there for you. Phone: 480-861-7235

RV Camping: You are welcome to stay the night at the track, there are no hookups, just dry camping. Tents are ok and they do have showers available.

Gates: Will be open at 7am and close at 9pm, 3pm-9pm on Thursday

Schedule: will be posted shortly

Saturday Night: Saturday night we will be having a BBQ dinner and get together that everyone is invited to attend with Tri Tip, chicken, salad, sides, all beverages and wine tasting for $12 per person.

Wine tasting:I n conjunction with dinner Saturday nightKeeling Schaefer Vineyardswill be holding a wine tasting at the track- you won’t want to miss it!

Lunch: We will have hamburgers and hotdogs available for purchase between 11am – 1pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Ice: There will be bags of ice available at the track for $3.00

Lodging: If you’re not a hotel kind of person, and you haven’t already made plans, Triangle T Guest Ranchhas extended us an offer for free breakfast and $25 off any room for ProAutoSports members that spend the night. The ranch is 34 mi. from the track and I’m told the restaurant there is excellent.Phone: (520) 586-7533

Holiday Inn Express– (520-384-3333 or 800-262-2645) has offered our members a rate of $59.00 per night. This is the newest hotel in the area. Just give them a call and tell them you are with “ProAutoSports running at Inde” to reserve a room.

Left onto Airport rd and continue to follow Airport rd 9.0 mi.

The entrance is on the left

You'd be surprised what you can learn from these 'driving courses'

I had the pleasure of instructing a student on Firebird who drives regularly on 'canyon' runs etc and man was he suprised at the difference in track drivings vs street driving. Much more thresh-hold experiences, and very complex.

I'd give it a shot once and see what you think.

Dont get me wrong, the canyon is fun, but not anywhere near as fun as a prepared driving surface.
And yes new members are welcome! Just sign up for their beginner class. I Don't participate in PASA but Joser there does and would be happy to get you started!

We are blessed with having NASA and PASA both here in phoenix and access to so many tracks!

I'll see what I can do about a honda discount for the weekend..and yes if you have never driven on track you can do it at this event....
