I got a 2001 honda civic ex 2dr and my sun roof is leaking when it rains. I noticed that it has a few open spots in the seal and I know they have run off tubes for if water gets inside. But it leakes onto my headliner on the driver side. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it stop. And I checked the tubes and there not clogged.

well what it was is that its coming in fromthe sunroof not sealing properly when its shut and there is so much water that comes inside that the run off hose wasnt attached all the way or it just couldnt handle all the water and started to leak onto my headliner inside of my car by my visior. but i got a temp situation. i just rolled up a towel and slide it inder my sunroof and it helped alot. but that was before i fixed the loose screw.

i learned alot from that car but at the time it was our only ride so we had to deal with it. i knew i couldn't fix it and i couldn't afford to replace it neithr so we did the next best thing and traded it in...you my friend must fix yours lol
