Dc sports header crack

ive got dc headers that are cracked at the welds. can i weld them again? if so how? heli arc or can i stick it.? maybe wire?

i wouldnt tig it, dc coats them with ceramic and its hard to puddle that crap since it contaminates the metal. i would mig weld it then have it recoated.

hmm, i dont know about u but i thouroghly clean my stuff before i weld it, i thought u were better then that brad lol!

guess it depends on how well it was coated. the stuff i've been asked to fix there was no way to get the contamination out of the metal. it wasn't just on the surface, it was through out. :-/
