Ok i'm a little bit stumped here. I'm having two issues the first. For some reason my left arm is way weaker than the other. I think i've pinpointed it to my bicept, but it's really hurting me for workouts. Other than regular bicept curls is there anything I can do to help bridge the gap from my left to my right arm during workouts.
Ok now that the prequestion is done and out of the way I was wondering if someone could give me suggestions for a good upper body workout. I've just started lifting weights again within the past two months so I can't do anything off the wall. My bench is only about 145 max right now due to a rotator cuff injury from when i was younger. I'm trying to build up but even at my max I could only do like 225 years ago. Also I workout alone for the most part so I usually don't hav ethe luxury of having a spotter to do negative reps to build up.
