ok so i found this video and pretty much everything was something i kinda already did but i am going to try to do benching a little diffrent since i seen this.
i know i might look like a noob when im doing the workout in the gym but supposly its effective

sure schooled me... that routine is kinda over kill,i dont think i could make it through the recommendation at the end! what else did you find for back and abs lol

i dropped a dumbell on my chest today i forgot to breathe before i tried to do dumbell press . well here is the story

got the weight which was my usuall weight i workout with .
2 .65 dumbell went for my first set and was failing and i was like what the fuck ... so i just kept trying and this guy tried to spot me and well kinda didnt work i lost my breathe and bam hit my chest .
but than after i continued to do my reps after an embarrising moment ..
i felt like a pussy actually =(

but i was feeling less strong earlier

nah it didnt really drop hard since it was still in my hand . my wrist kinda gave up at half way point so it was not so high up.
i even went skating right after

Not bad.

I have been doing P90X for the past 10 months and haven't really lifted weights except for routines that require dumbells. I will tell you this though the amount of different types of push ups on p90x really works the chest.

I hadn't benched for 2 years and was fooling around a couple weeks ago and am benching over 300 pounds not even training with weights just natural workouts.

Two weeks ago I benched 315 which is all the weights at my brothers house next weekend is my new goal so I am going to bring weights to his house and attempt 330.

I weigh 160 and I'm benching 270, and I usually just do some plyometric pushups.

Don't have a youtube account. I'm living in the old days and I don't have internet at my house. Ya I know, it blows. I use my phone for everything. But next time I work out ill take one and have someone post it up.

U can also do pushups with hands in similar position and it does wonders
