I'm gonna finally get to put down a few passes in my car tonight (as well as meeting a customer there to tune their Mustang). Is anyone going tonight?

Had a white EG hatch and a yellow '06 Mustang GT. The Civic went 14.3 with a 2.7 second 60 foot, aka zero traction. With the nitrous went a 13.57 @ 107mph with almost the same 60 foot times and shifted early. I think with slicks and getting the nitrous issue sorted out, it should be in the mid to high 12's.

How often do you go? As soon as it cools off a little more, I'm down to have some fun. My best was a 12.6@ 115 mph, so with your slicks it would be a fun race.

Try to go every weekend. Fastest was a 13.57 w 108mph trap speed on street tires... 60ft was almost 3 seconds, laughable... went last night with slicks, broke something, I'm PRAYING it's just an axle, but I'm afraid it's the diff... I'll know in an hour or so...

So was it the diff or an axle?

You changed your setup or what?

You changed your setup or what?

Yep, I pulled my closed deck sleeved Block out and replaced it with another brand new built closed deck sleeved GSR block. The block was sent to Darton where they installed new closed deck sleeves and we added 9:4:1 JE pistons, Eagle balanced rods, Eagle Crank for bigger stroke, ARP mains, ACL bearings. Added a second inline fuel pump, pulled the ac and Tommy/Boostflow built me a new ramhorn turbo manifold, downpipe, charge piping. I also added all new Hasport motor mounts, Full Race traction bar and getting the my stage 3 axles repaired.

My friend Jessie built the block and Josh over at Tri Tech has been building everything else around that. Next stop is Joe for the tune. I still have the Garrett 60 trim turbo which I think I will stick with for now maybe in the future run a 60-1 well see.
