That's your problem. Its auto. Haha. :smackself: anything wrong with the throttle cable? Or maybe fuel lines?

Does the engine cut out? What's it do in reverse?

have you done any type of fuel cleaning kit? intake set up? the oils can cause this and throttle plate can gum up. try a throttle body cleaner/brake clean. not to much tho. and a treatment may help. oh and fuel filter/tune up?????????

No honda car will fly, and out of all the generations the 7th gen for sure is the farthest thing from flying you can get.

You are clever!!! Didn't even see this one coming. I had to scratch my head thinking about it for a second to understand what you were talking about. Some funny shit right there mane.

have you scanned the ecu? mayb theres a code the dash isn't showing. does it move fine after take off? does it sputter or does it just not get out of its own way?i know this is a little out there but are there any locked brake calipers? like one is stuck pushing against rotor. sister had the same issue and the rear brake was jamed on her 98 civic

I don't think it could be a caliper. He said it was sputtering when he accels. Would a jammed break cause the car to over work its self and chug along? :smirk: hummmm....
