cam broke WTF

anyone ever have this happen my exhaust cam brain crower stage 2 N/A broke in half at the cylinder 1 cam cap last night, its been in the car for almost 2 years now 8-10k, WTF

i've only seen this in the original crx and 3rd gen accords. it was usually from lack of oiling which i'm sure you take care of the car. most always when we'd see it at the junkyard the car would have a fram oil filter. i thought that was oddly coincidental.

yeah i take care of it and use Hamp oil filters :thumbsup:

someone mustve dropped it before installation
engine didnt overheat or anything?

Update the cam broke in 2 places the cam caps were lose were it broke
