Identifying Cable transmission?

I bought a hatch for parts, came with an Ls/vtec and cable transmission.

Now, before people start screaming "check the sticker", it does not have one obviously.


I was told to count the teeth on the final drive, I did. But it turns out they all have the same final drive of 4.4 that has 66 teeth.

Does anybody know how to identify or how many teeth each gear has?

Figured it out.

I counted all the teeth on every gear.

Gear Main counter
1st 12 38

2nd 21 39

3rd 27 34

4th 31 29

5th 35 26


Divide the counter shaft gear by the main shaft gear

CS/MS=GR

for 1st

38/12=3.166

So it turns out I have a shitty LS

So my question is: what are you going to do with the trans? I would like to buy that 5th gear setup if you're not going to use the trans.

...and their ratio for 5th gear for the B17A1/XSi is incorrect; it's .875 (28/32 vs .848 is 28/33).

I doubt I'll be parting it any time soon unless it's really worth it.

From the outside, not that I can remember. From the inside, 92-93 cases can accept hydro guts (94-01 Integra, 99-00 Si, etc) whereas 90-91 cannot.
