ep3 stereo in ek hatch

will the stock ep3 deck/stereo fit in my ek? my current deck right now is starting to not play Cd's anymore and wont even read them most of the time. just wondering if anybody has done this or knows if it will connect right up with the harness from my ek or if i have to rewire anything. tried googling it but cant find anything.

itll wire up fine just wont look right an look pretty shitty. plus you will have to do some customizing on the right side with the angle it has. not worth it imo.. you should check out the electronics classifieds there might be some cheap decks in there.

The wiring harness will probably be different between the radio and car. If you can find it try to get a metra 70-1720 and 71-1721 harnesses.

so i just had my deck out right now trying to mess with the wires to get it to work somehow, then tried to turn it on but nothing....right away knew what it was. checked the under the hood fuse box and pulled the 7.5 amp radio fuse and sure enough it was blown.


still need a new deck lol
