hType R pistons in ls block

i have some itr pistons on gsr rods and i was wondering if i have to use a gsr crank instead of my ls crank, im pretty sure i do but i just want hear it from someone else.

im pretty sure the ls has a taller deck height then a gsr so i dont think its possable you'd have to get custom rods to use the gsr crank, and you'd have to use ls rods with the ls crank.
i could be wrong, there are few website that have calculators that can tell you for sure

if you use a gsr crank you should be fine.

the rotating assembly is what has to match, ie match rods to crank and you can put that combo in any b18/b20 obviously your compression ratio will change though...

ITR pistons Ls rods and GSR crank... good combo... thats what im running...if u like high RPM go wit gsr crank.. safer.. Ls crank wont got that high.. go wit GSR crank...
