i've been doing some reading and have read in a couple places that stretching in between sets is good then others say its bad. I have been reading about different ways of stretching. Usually when im working out if i bench after the 8-12 reps i get up and "shake it off" ill stretch a bit and get ready for the next set what is your opinion on this and which is the correct way to do it to get the most gains?
