i havent seen it posted so wonder if anyone else is doing them? i do at least one a month i try every other week but sometimes i feel lazy or run outta time haha

why after? so you do your normal sets then drop sets?

That's right! For ex: we bench our sets the do a burn out set at the end, biscepts we do our sets then a burn out set at the end etc...

i never do those .. maybe if i go on a strong cut i will,so i could get all vainy and shit.

well i just dropped weight from 235 im at 215 right now going for 205. i like doing them every now and again. destorys tissue haha!!!

ill do my burn set first. like bench 185 10 reps 165 10 reps 145 10 reps 125 15 reps and thats my first set then ill got back to my max for 8 to 10 reps
lighter weight like dumbbell curls ill just drop like 5lbs but add on 2 reps each drop.

i usually go from lower to higher weight .. well when i was on a bulk thats what i did but than again i was only doing 6 reps to 4 anyways

I to climb sets too. I dont like too because I'm tired as fuck after. I just wanna curl up next to the dumbbell rack and sleep lol..
