My gym has a good amount of equipment and alot of fight training equipement and the membership is only 3 dollars a day or 75 bucks a yr for scottsdale residents and non residents can join for 110yr its on Chapperell and hayden near old town the hours are m-t 6am-9pm fri 6am-7 or 8pm and sat 7am-1pm they also have yoga, boxing, mma, and etc classes P'm me if you need to know more

Recently I am work out at Fitness First gym in London. Very nice gym and great facilities there. They providing Aerobics, Yoga, Weigh loss and Fat loss classes, Boxing classes and Dance classes as well in my package. Nice tutors and give good fitness training. One of the famous gym in UK.

la fitness got on my nerves, always trying to sell me on their trainers and it's kind of far and the gas prices haven't gone down so i quit. this monday i joined this gym "rock solid gym and fitness" it's a small location on 15th ave and mcdowell but the owner is super cool, close to my crib and encanto park(where i hoop frequently). also, it's almost always empty so everytime i go it's just me and my buddy working out.

no, I don't but have immerse myself in the life of powerbuilding. My goal is just to get into a couple magazines or some sort of publication thats it. Nothing big just want something to show my grandkids type thing you know. I'm 6ft 225 right now, but should be cutting down to 195. I was around 12-13% bf.

I haven't even started a DC routine yet, maybe in a year or two. I just switched to high volume for first time and I am seeing good results. I love the doggcrapp method though plus the whole dc crew is awesome from Dante to Skip

Yea, for sure. I have been on IM for 5-6 years, worked with skip for a long time on diet/nutrition, etc. He is a real good dude, and really knows his shit. How can you argue with getting to eat fruity pebbles, pop tarts, pancakes, etc while dieting..haha

I am doing a little more volume currently myself, and making decent gains. Still by no means high volume though. I am training more instinctualy right now, but sometimes I find myself kind of walking around the gym, like WTF do I do next..lol

I am looking forward to getting back to DC honestly, I miss the intensity, and the structure.

I used to train at the golds in Gilbert, but am at gay ass LA fitness now, because it is 1mile from my house. I might go back to golds when I start DC back up come fall.

That place is good especially for the price but their benches suck dick. They are low as shit and slippery as fuck.

The Gold's Gym in Tucson is fucking tiny and lame-tastic. There's no room to breathe in there and quite frankly, the people who were working there were beyond brainless. I spent 1hr in there with a buddy of mine and I'll never go back.

Right now, I'm with LA Fitness, but the one close to my house just shut down and I'm having hard time justifying going to the one across town. It's a little closer to my work, but there's just something about showering in their trendy locker rooms that just doesn't do it for me.

There's another gym that just opened up 2 locations that I've seen here, though. It's called Chuze fitness or something like that. Has anyone else heard anything about it or been there? If so, is it worth looking at switching to?
