He went there to visit his girls grandma that past away RIP. on there whey back on the second check point they thought they had drugs in the car so the border patrol serched the car. i guess it came up on his record he had a warent for his arrest in YUMA wtf.

Depending on what the reason it was issued for will depend on if I feel bad. If it was for something like a speeding ticket then yes that sucks and I feel bad. If it was for hitting someone in a cross walk while driving, an assault while intoxicated, raping someones mom/sister, killing the neighbors dog for nothing, then yes that changes my feelings but I won't pass judgement before knowing even if others say he is "legit" guy/member.

for a ticket he got back in 08 driveing on a suspended he took care of it did 30 days in jail fro that 1 then came back up

i have seen shit like that happened to a couple people went to 4th ave for no reason cops ended up saying it was a mistake. they forgot to put in the system that it was taken care of.

OK, after a quick search on the net, it appears a warrant was issued for an underage consumption. 11/23/2010 a warrant was issued. Looks to be out of PHX.

But it also looks as though he may have had another out of Yuma for failure to appear back in 09 on a charge.

Lots of driving without a lic. in his short driving time I have to say.

Best of luck. He may be sitting for a bit sorry to say but who knows.

i think there is alot of facts mixed up here, BP cant pull someone over for windsheild stuff, lack of seatbelt, and whatever else was shown for the 1/11/2011 stop, that was a cop that got him. Border Patrol cant get you for that stuff. Then the cop ran his name, boom warrent, off to jail.

Im guessing he got across the border and was immediately pulled over.

Never-the-less it couldnt have been border patrol that pinched him.
