How to tighten a AC compressor belt????

How in the flying F do I tighten this belt up. I have never had ac and it’s been about 10yrs since I’ve last did one. You help is much appreciated. :smackself:

sorry near with me new here, engine is a b18c1... and i just found out im missing the tensioner pulley and adjustment bolt. need to find those parts and i should be good.
