I have a few questions. Have you have thought of having it machined. I am a machinist and could mill this out of any material you want. Just would need a simple blueprint and type of material and it would look a hell of alot better than what you got. What kind of material would it be?

you could also talk to Joe S. " locash" I know he has a mill and could easily cut that for you.

I have a Waterjet and would be more then happy to cut your parts! WOW....that thing is a complete mess. Feel free to drop me an e-mail or shot me a call. I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin but can ship them to you FAST. My machine has a 5 x 10 ft bed and is powered with a 50 hp pump....3/8 Steel...no problem!

I can cut them on Monday and ship them the same day!

Wow, if I gave that to a customer, I would be shot and killed, lol.

CNC mill would be a hell of a lot better than either the plasma or waterjet. For a one-off part that cost is an issue, I would probably waterjet that though..

It happens from having the plasma torch improperly setup and having the table not read torch hight correctly. It's just amateur table setup. I use a waterjet shop by me in Mesa called HEAD WaterJet. He's been really good for me and has really reasonable prices, even for one off pieces. Here's his website; CLICK ME! (http://www.headwaterjet.com/gallery.htm)
His number is 480-655-2001. Cool old biker dude that owns the place. Hope that helps.

I also just ran into the owner of a machining place right by my shop called EDM Express Here's his webpage (http://edmexpress.com/Home.php) You may wanna check them out too as they do Waterjet, plasma, AND edm. I'm sure they can do what you need and he said they do one off's all the time so it's not a problem.
