i used to work at comp usa, then i did some freelance computer jobs, worked at toyota for a little bit, and now im doing sales and marketing related work, i actually havnt made a dime in about 3 weeks though, havnt been working since i lost my girlfriend. as far as exterior wise, not much, i bought this car riced to hell, and just trying to get it back to a respectable status. im waiting on the trial rear difuser and sides, front will be either border or bomex since for their simplicit but advanced look. suspension wise, nothings been done yet other than strut bars, but it will have hks hipermax ii coilovers soon enough.

well the w58 which is the tranny from you NA or my SC is known to break after 350rwhp but the v160 can hold 1000rwhp like its cake so..thats your best bet..although the TH400 is a good tranny to0..another option is the R154 which is from a toyota soarer in japan..its the tranny from the 1JZGTE

David Henry with a completely stock 2jz ge block making roughly 700 horsepower with nitrous ran a 9 on the TH400 transmission. As you can see my car is neither a drag car or a dyno queen. With a TH400 it will run a 9 second pass, however its a daily driver. I'm not putting a 100% race automatic transmission to run a 9. Higher displacement motors mean the turbo spools earlier. I also don't think you're familiar with built supra motors either. With a built motor that revs high, they don't have to shift when they enter the power band.

I know Tony had a car that looked similar with an NA motor on a 67mm. If he is tuning it for you, at least it is in good hands. He did a good job getting my car dialed in on pump gas on the AEM.

You are probably going to need a bit bigger of a turbo to run bottom 9's though unless you plan to spray it.

Is that the car I saw at UMS Tuning last week?

I know Tony had a car that looked similar with an NA motor on a 67mm. If he is tuning it for you, at least it is in good hands. He did a good job getting my car dialed in on pump gas on the AEM.

You are probably going to need a bit bigger of a turbo to run bottom 9's though unless you plan to spray it.

Guess it wasn't mine because I don't have an NA motor.

wow that's a lot of work done for a NA-T build. congrats on de-rice'ing it and can't wait to see it when it's all done.

and also i have a quote on my old SN sayin how you did a good job building the GE ... so your NA-T ... which means you were NA til you added the T ... coulda been you then right? cuz its not a GTE but a GE built with a turbo.. not pickin a fight..

oh and your old pix dont work... i believe they showed the motor with no turbos b4 which is a GE like my motor

way to build up that GE ...im currently workin on building my 2jzge as well..I got a SC300 which came with the same motor as your NA supra...im only lo0kin for maybe 350-400rwhp tho..not trying to spend 25k on the motor..go0d stuff tho bro..more power to ya

Incorrect, its a 2j ge(NA) head sitting on a completely buit 2jz-gte block with a gte ignition system and standalone fuel management.

It was a joke when I said it wasn't there, it was. It's no "na-t" though.
