help with em2 coilover sleeves

Anyone know where to buy some coilovers that will fit my car? i got some ep3 tein ones that suck ass cuz the spring compression too soft in the rear. I tried getting just some ebay coils that were supposedly for my car but he sent me 88-00 civic ones and they didnt lower my car at all... I was thinking im going to have to get gcs but was wondering if there are any other decent coilovers that fit for cheaper haha thanks!

k-sport has amazing suspension if you got the money for it.
