Engine Info Needed 04-05 vs 06+

I have looked and can't find a definite answer, what parts engine wise are the same or otherwise interchangeable without making any mods? I realize the throttle bodies aren't due to DBW, but what about the heads and blocks? Example would a 04-05 block or head work with the 06+ intake manifold, dbw throttle body system etc, any info is much appreciated.

The 06+ DBW S2k does not have the egr ports in the head or intake manifold. If passing emissions isn't an issue, you can swap any year range of parts.
