Ok to keep it simple, I've had hard time exercising. Mainly due to a bad knee. First operation I was only 14. Second was last year. My main issue, I can easily dislocated my knee. Just did it this past weekend. I can't keep it wrapped all the time, skin starts to chaffe. Any advise of simple work out for cardio? I love to run, but this won't let me. Thanks for any input

It is hard to give you exact recommendations because only you know your limits, and what triggers the problems.

Is it the constant pounding of running that bothers your knee, or lateral cutting like you would do playing a sport?

Traditionally swimming is a very good form of cardio as it is super low impact.

How about incline walking on a tread mill? Pretty boring, though.

How does cycling feel? Riding a bike, or one of those "spin" bikes could be an option.

Bike is a little difficult at times. And when my knee give out, I could be walking and fall. In only 29. And have a joint that's of a 70 year old. Swimming is good. I go to the river a lot here.

I have a friend like that. ALL his joits, and even bones are shit. He has had multiple knee surgeries, shoulder surgeries, broken bones, etc. Just gets hurt doing nothing.lol

Have you tried a spin bike? They are super smooth, and may be easier then an actual bike.

You need a hand bike or something. :)

Dude takedown sucks balls! Its all entry level ish... and all the classes are the same just at different times. (Boxing in the am is the same as boxing in the pm) its like that for every class. Can't believe I wasted money on that!

No contract that is the nice thing haha. Idk I might be done with fighting tho. I have to many failed attempts at moving up. I wanna find a free camp that will get me to llike RITC, BFC, or something along those lines. Im tired of fighting these "fight club" things at apex and what not.

Sounds like you have gout. Eat foods with a lot of antioxidants. Eating sun dried cherries works wonders for joint issues!
