Cool thanx man i wasn't sure if it was good because i usually work out in the mornings and i am really sluggish without my coffee.

I would think Black coffee is good with moderation. But if you're like me and load it up with french Vanilla creamer, it may be too much sugar/fat.

black is good if you just need the boost. but more sugar/creamer you add the more diary/cream your adding to your diet so make sure to add to your workout for the amount of intake. unless you need the fat like i do lol.

If your just doing it to wake up pop a caffeine pill get the boost and a great work out!

I love my morning coffee, but when p90x ensues shortly after, I hate life. Burping up coffee during ab ripper x sucks balls.
