Crappy paint job

So I got in an accident and got a new bumper and got it painted, but the person did a bad job, looks like almost no priming. The paint started peeling and now i need it repainted. Anyone in tucson able to paint it.

Josh is really good friend so my price might have been 10-15% less but he has quoted me to do an entire car in the past. He has done some amazing work on very historic vehicles. If you're interested in budget ask him how you can keep costs down (prepping yourself, lower line paint, etc).
