k24a2 with FD2 intake mani?

I have a person trying to sell me just a k24a2 out of the TSX, with everything but the headers and intake manifold. I have both headers and a manifold for the k20a, anybody know if this is gonna fit, without any drastic fab work?

You just need an accord/element engine and a prb head, a bag full of greenbacks, see me and this is what you can get. Its that easy.

This is one Im doing for a cust. Nothing big. Stock tsx specs.
